The Athletes Foot

Hello Athletes Foot, I am a 59 year old Aboriginal Disability Pensioner who has worked hard all his life and his injuries are catching up with him. I were to your Glendale store and I was immediately greeted by a young woman with the name of Karen she was very pleasant and asked how could she could help me.I began to tell her and I burst into tears .I told her of my 3 months in hospital and I was still learning to walk again and I needed a shoe too help with Supination of my right ankle. Karen showed empathy and compassion for my situation and told me of similar problem in her life. Karen genuinely wanted to get me the best type of shoe to minimise the pain and lesson the chance of more injury to my ankle .Karen said are you sure you are alright I said yes and asked would I like a drink of water, She brought out a the one that would be of most beneficia l for me changedsizes until she was happy then asked how I felt about them and asked me how they felt a bit of walking around while she watched carefully. I paid which went by without a problem. Karen invited me to sit down and have a rest before the long distance to the car. Glendale management hasn't done your company any favours with there new section. Thank you .

I won the raffle for the Jordan lost and found. I arrived at the store at 1240pm. I realized I left the ticket in my other car. I asked if I could go get the ticket which was 10 mins away. When I returned with my ticket it was after 1pm and I was told that my sneaker was re-raffled and I could not get the sneakers. I was told someone else was on the way to get the pair of sneakers.
